BREAST CANCER

I would like to know. I lost my breast due to breast cancer.
Now my oncologist say i must go for chemo although according to him there is no more cancer in my body.
Is this the normal procedure after breast cancer , as I am worried that the dr did not told me the truth and there might be cancer cells in my body.
Please advise me as I am going for chemo next week for 2 months every week.
