Break-thru bleeding on melodene

Hi Doc,
I' ve been on Melodene for four months now (stopped breastfeeding my son and changed from MICROVIL to MELODENE as per my Gynea). Every month I have break through bleeding. Is this normal and will it eventually stop? Are the chances higher of falling pregnant if this happens?

You are not more likely to fall pregnant if you have breakthrough bleeding. It sounds like you need a higher dose Pill though.

Best wishes
