Brachial plexus injury during birth

Need info a.s.a.p! Baby is 3 weeks old. Left arm was injured. No movement until now. Will it get better over time or never.brachial plexus injury.

There are many different degrees of brachial plexus injuries in babies, some resulting in temporary "paresis" and others in permanent paralysis. Your baby should be seen by a good neurologist and a pediatric orthopedic surgeon to advise on the early treatment including special splints to prevent deformities
