BP &  heart beat

I have just had my pressure checked. It was 136/103 pulse 43.
I was told to cut down on my salt intake, as my pulse is low.
Do i need to worry and is there a way to bring my pulse up as well as my pressure?
Thank you

Hallo Saleshnee
One should actually look at the average blood pressure over a few days to decide whether you need any medication for high blood pressure. You may need to have an ECG done to check if you don't have a heart block or something causing the slow pulse. Please discuss with your GP?
