bone vs peulgroente

Ek weet die noord wes universiteit het n eetplan wat hulle aanbeveel - lae vet en hoe vesel. Hulle beveel die gebruik van droe bone in daagliks. Kan mens enige peulgroente (lensies, ertjies) gebruik en sou dit dieselfde voordele he wat vesel en voedingswaarde (b vitamiene) betref as bone?

Peulgroente ("legumes' in Engels) sluit in droë, gaar of geblikte bone, erte, lensies en alle sojaprodukte. Alle peulgroente het 'n hoë voedingswaarde en is laag in vet en bevat geen cholesterol nie. Jy kan dus die bone van die NW Universiteit se dieet afwissel met die ander peulgroente.
