BONE GROWTH ON BACK OF FOOT

Hi, my mom is 55 years old. She has a growth on both her feet - just above her heel behind the ankle (the part where you would normally get blisters from high heels) - mom does not wear heels and now has pain in both her feet on these areas. There is a complete bump behind each one. She has also been having pains in her heel (left foot). Please advise.
