bone fusion

I' ve been told I have2 vertebrae fused together. What happens now?

You were probably born with this (unless you had an operation?) and if it doesn't cause any pain or discomfort, you don't do anything. If you are worried about this, you can see an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in backs or a neurosurgeon. Ask your GP to refer if he thinks it necessary.
