boils

what to use for it and how do i prevent it

Smal boils can be treated with an antibacterial or antibiotic ointment/cream such as Bactroban or Neosporin. Larger boils should preferably be treated by a doctor with an oral antibiotic.

A good antibacterial soap should help to prevent these.
