Boerboel health

My Boerboel is 11 years old and of medium build. When he sneezes and/or shake his head the head pulls to the left side and he gets off balance - sometimes falling over . When he walks it looks as if he has not 100% control of his right front leg and paw.

Hi Derik,

The imbalance could be associated with one of the following examples:

a) Ear infection.
b) Problems with the inner ear – Vestibular Syndrome.
c) Trauma.
b) Brain Tumour.

If you have time please take him to your local veterinary practice and get a confirmed diagnosis and treatment.
