I wouldn't put too much faith in the measurement of body fat percentage - it's too difficult to measure accurately and you'll only mislead yourself as a result of relying on it. You need to rather focus on getting fitter and getting stronger in your training. Even body weight can be misleading, because you are going to increase your muscle mass by training. So there is a chance that you will actually GAIN weight, but this is a good thing, you should not be worried about it. That's why my advice is to forget about these measurements, at least until mid-February, and rather focus on getting fitter. If you get fitter, the rest will take care of itself.
