hi i''m 26 yr old normal guy,
my problem is that my arms, legs r like a teenager or like 13 yr old
n other parts r well developed,
so what should i do ?

hi

you need to make sure you are having enough good protein in your diet. like lentils, beans, nuts etc.
If your kidneys are functioning well you can have Whey protein as well. Make sure you drink enough water with the protein.
A biokinetisist might be able to help you do specific strengthening exercises.
