blood pressure

Hi doc I''m a 36yr female and for the last 7weeks
My bp has been low (lowest 77/68) and averages on
99/77, almost every morning I''m light headed, I went and
Saw my gp he said its nothing to worry abt and I shud add
More salt to my diet and drink more fluids. What can I do abt
The dizziness and light headedness.

The dizziness and light headedness is due to your extremely low blood pressure. Your are suffering from hypotension, which is not a dangerous condition but can be very uncomfortable.
