Hallo Brit
HIgh blood pressure is an average reading of more than 140 at the top and 90 at the bottom, and low blood pressure is less than 110 at the top and 70 at the bottom. Iron deficient patients will look pale, complain of tiredness and shortness of breath and the iron shortage needs to be confirmed with a blood test.
