blood in urine

hi,

last night my daughter passed blood while urinating, she is 10yrs old so this is not periods. She also mentioned a burning sensation and some blood when she wiped (nothing on her panties), after that she was okay. We are however taking her to the doc today, just wondering what to expect/what is this? anyone else experienced this?

Thanks

Hallo 10 yr old daughter
She probably has a bladder infection (cystitis) which can be caused by wiping the wrong way ( back to front)
