blood in urine

What could cause blood in the urine and pain when urinating, and is the treatment?I am 37 years old a male

It is most likely due to an infection of the urinary tract that can be treated with oral antibiotics or in severe cases, with intraveneous antibiotics. You will have to consult your doctor, in order to confirm the diagnosis and to have antibiotics prescribed.

You will need to go to your GP - it sounds like a urinary tract infection, and will need antbiotics.
