blood flow

myth in how bllood flow in shoulder training effects training the calfs muscles , ie would training these two extremitys so far from eatchother really have a negative inpact on there developement ?

Hi Rich

No, there's enough blood to go around, and the redistribution of blood during static weight training exercise is not so great that it would cause this problem. During cardiovascular exercise, especially in the heat, the blood gets shifted around a lot more, but not so for weight training, so there's no problem training them together. The development is not hugely linked to blood flow anyway, another reason why it's fine.
