Blood clots during menstral/period

I have a 28 day circle but every month when I menstruate I have these blood clots. Not sure why , its is very dark in colour and you feel sometimes when its pushing through trying to come out.
What is the reason for this??? Concerned please send some feedback. Thanks

Blood clots mean that the bleeding is heavier than usual. If you are over 35, see your gynae. If not and you have no other symptoms, you can wait for your regular check-up.
