Blood blisters in mouth

My father is 58 and get blood blisters all over in his mouth. He does not want to go to the docktor. Should we worry?

If he bruises easily, or if he can't eat properly due to the blisters in his mouth, I would worry about this. He may have a bleeding disorder or a viral infection in the mouth that needs further testing and treatment.
