Our expert says:
It is quiet possible to conceive if one of the fallopian tubes are blocked and the other one is healthy and functional. Many patients have fallen pregnant after removal one fallopian tube either from an ectopic pregnancy or it was removed from a disease process. There is no medical therapy to unblock the fallopian tubes the only option will be either be a surgical procedure or in-vitro fertilization. My suggestion is to assess the functionality and healthiness of the fallopian tube that is not blocked to assess if a pregnancy can occur in your particular case.
