Dear Erika
If you develop bloating after eating foods such as muesli, you need to have a medical examination because bloating can be a symptom of so many different conditions (e.g. irritable bowel disease (IBS), ulcers or gastritis, gallbladder problems, enzyme deficiencies, food allergies or intolerance or sensitivities). Once we have a diagnosis we can see what changes you need to make to your diet.
