Bloated

Please can you offer me some advise on my problem. I am 29 and suffer from feeling bloated on a fairly regular basis. I eat healthily, and have treats in moderation. I do not drink fizzy cooldrinks and I do not eat fatty or greasy foods. Some days I want to jab and big needle into my stomach just to relieve all the air bubbling around inside. It just won' t come out and it can be quite painful. What can I do or take.
Thank you.

Dear Anon
Try using Probiotics and Pancreoflat three times a day with each meal. Avoid foods that can cause gas like bread, pulses, cabbage, broccoli. See if very rough food worsens the condition, some people do better with eating soluble fibre ( rye bread, peeled fruit, oats, mealie meal porridge) than insoluble fibre (wholewheat, fruit peels, nuts, high fibre cereals like muesli)
