Our expert says:
It is essential that you have a medical checkup to find out what is causing this bloating and the pain. It could be due to so many different conditions (irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gallstones, ulcers, food allergies, etc) that you need a dr to examine you to find out which one of these conditions is the cause. Once we have a diagnosis we can see what dietary changes you need to make. The dr will also prescribe the correct medication to treat the condition, for example antacids if you have ulcers, or antispasmodics if you have IBS.
In the meanwhile you may find that drinking warm water with 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda ("koeksoda") will make you feel a bit better.
But go for that checkup ASAP
