Bleeding when urinating

Almost due for next period - but not yet. 22 yrs old. I''m bleeding around the wall of my anus when I wipe after a stool. What does this mean?

Hallo Wendy
If the bleeding is just a smudge when you wipe, you may have a hemorroid that is bleeding. You may be able to feel a soft swelling around the anus. If so, you could try something like Anusol or Scheriproct or Proctocedyl cream.
If the bleeding gets worse, rather see your GP
