Bleeding piles

My grandmother is an IBS sufferer so is always constipated. She is also on Wafferin. She started bleeding form her anus since yesterday. We suspect it might be piles. Its not just when she goes to the bathroom, but everytime she stands up. Myself and my mother is really concerned, should we take her to the dr or first try a home remedy?

Dear Susan
No, please take her to the doctor, she may become very anemic if this is not treated quickly even if it is just a bleeding pile.
