Bleeding after bowel movement

I have been experiencing slight bleeding everytime after bowel movement and it has been happening for years now and it happens every time and evey day. Should i be concerned as when this happens it doesn''t feel painful at all???

Yes, you will have to consult your doctor for an examination. It can merely be due to a mucosal tare but it can also be a sign of cancer. Do not be too concerned but you will have to get an examination. The doctor will perform an examination of the rectum and you might be referred for a colonoscopy.
