Bladder problem or not - what to do

Hi, I recently found that I''m totally unable to hold in when my bladder is full. At times my clothes are wet by the time I get to sit on the toilet. What is wrong and can it be fixed?

There are too main types of incontinence - stress and urge. The first means that you leak when you cough or sneeze, the second that your bladder feels full even when it is not. Tests can be done to distinguish between the two. Treatment involves either pills or surgery.
