Bladder

Doctor, what can one do when you have a problapsed bladder please. Are there any exercise one can do to help or will only an operation help? In the morning its fine, but in the afternoons and evenings has to go to the loo all the time.
Thank you

You need a proper examination to determine if the prolapse is so bad that it needs operation or whether it will improve with exercises ( google Kegel exercises) or esterogen cream. If an operation is needed, it is easily rectified with a small operation that lifts the bladder and stabilizes it with a stitch. Let your Gyne have a look.
