Black dot

I have a black dot (Sort of a ring worm, not painful) on the inside of my cheek , what could this be?
I have been applying andolex oral gel for a week now and nothing is happening instead its getting bigger

It is very important to consult an ENT specialist to have a proper diagnosis made. I do not want to speculate, as it can be nothing to be concerned about, like a lesion due to abrasion against the teeth but cancer will have to be excluded.
