Bizarre itching

Hi there. I was up all night itching across my entire body. I had this same experience a week before but that incident was limited to my legs only.
I' m red from scratching, but don' t have any signs of skin irritation, inflammation, insect bites, etc.
I' ve never had an allergic reaction to food or material before. I' m 30 years old. Is it possible to develop an allergic reaction now, and if yes, how can it be treated? Could this be German measles? Perhaps a zinc shortage?

Hallo Jennifer
Allergies usually present with rash or hives. Liver disease can also cause itching all over. Ask your doctor to check and if all looks normal try Aterax?
