birthcontrol problems, think im pregnant

After my baby girl was born I went on the injection for prevention for 2 months and now I''m on oralcon tablets but I think I''m pregnant... Do the red pills start your menstruation? And is it possible fot me to fall pregnant while on the injection or the pill?
