Birth control options

Hi. I was on the PIll for almost 16 years, staring at age 14. I''ve stopped taking it now for 2 months &  I feel great! I''ve had problems with depresison since I started the pIll (Diane), and feel so much better now. I also no longer crave sweets so I''m losing weight.

However, I''m concerned about pregnancy. I don''t think condoms are 100% effective. What other non-hormonal contraceptives can I use. I''ve never had kids.

Sorry, I also meant to ask: can having your tubes tied cause you to go into early menopause?
