Do bipoler people freak out, during a episode?

I guess it depends on what you mean by freak out, and what you mean by episode. In severe depressions people may even become psychotic, and ittirable ; in severe manic highs they can get more irritable, aggressive, and also psychotic. Proper meds like mood stabilizers reduce the frequency and severity of such mood swings,and would reduce the chances of freaking out

Yes, but if they are on meds the severity will be reduced.
