best time to conceive?

hi I am 36 years old and thinking of maybe having our second child. How long after your period starts is it good to start trying to conceive. I have been off the pill for about a year now

Just try to have sex between day 10 17 of your cycle ( 1st day of your period being day 1). that way you cover the window period where it is likely for you to fall preggies.
