I'm not sure if they are at the right level for you - if you've developed fitness from running, you'll find that you can probably go in at a slightly higher level, so you're not a true beginner. It's a specific type of fitness, but you'll still find it a little easier than going in cold.
So perhaps an intermediate programme will be a good start.
