If you do your aerobics during the day (i.e. not first thing in the morning) then you need only use an energy drink during the exercise and can have a normal meal afterwards when you have recovered from the exercise. If you do your exercise very early in the morning it is a good idea to eat a light carbohydrate-rich breakfast (fruit juice with cereal and milk or yogurt) before you exercise to give you enough energy.
