Bed bug bites infected

Dear Doc

We feel very ashamed that our son got bitten by bed bugs (last Thursday night) in our own house! which gets vacuumed 3x per week and is really clean!! Anyhow, he has a row of bites just above his pajama pants line in his waist and a number of them have formed what looks like white pimples. I guess these bites are infected? He also has a fine rash over large parts of his body, and a rash around the one corner of his mouth. Could these rashes be related? How do we treat the infected bug bites? He is well otherwise, apart from a lingering chestiness (treated by paed).

Hallo Raccoon
I wonder if these are really bedbug bites - could be a flea. But this should not give you rash - rather let your GP have a look? may be a viral infection?
