BBT MEASURING

If I am measuring my temperature to see when I am ovulating, what is the significant rise to know that I am ovulating? My temp is know between 35.8 and 36.2.

The rise is half a degree, often quite difficult to pick up as the temperature does fluctuate a bit from day to day.

A rise of around 0.5 indicates ovulation.
