battle to loose weight

Have stop smoking for a year now , and I have joined a gym to try and loose the weight I gain (7kg)
Been at the gym now for 6 months and still no weight lost.
What can I do to get to my goal weight?

Have a look at your diet habits. The smoking might have caused blood sugar fluctuations and this might still be the underlying cause for not being able to loose weight. I would also suggest consulting with a dietician to have a look at your diet to assist with this blood sugar, as diet is key for weight loss.
