Back Pian

I sleep on my right side. Always have. The last few months, I wake up from the pain in my lower back and side area (right). I have to turn over onto my back or the lrfy side. However I am not able to sleep like this. What is causing this pain? I have no other symptoms. No back problems etc.

Tightness of muscles can cause your symptoms and I therefore, suggest that you consult a physiotherapist for an evaluation and possible treatment and exercise advice.
