Back Pain

Every time I sleep I wake up with the backpain which is unbearable. It does matter time of the day it is, whether it' s just a 5min nap or deep sleep. The moment I get out of sleep, take a bath or carry out other activities the pain disappears. What could really be happening during my sleep?

This sounds like either a bad mattress, or else a back problem. I suggest you discuss it with your doctor.
