back muscles

Approx 2 years ago I had a back op. The vertebrae was fused and a prosthesis was put in. I have3 recovered fully, no back pai, nog tingle in the leg but I cannot walk upright. What can I do?

It sounds as if there may be some deformity of the back in spite of the pressure being taken off the nerves in the back. Your surgeon would be the best to give you an answer after taking X-rays of the back to see if there is lack of straightening
