Back Ache

Lower back ache especially when walking/ doing housework. Go to bed with the payne, wake up with payne. It''s bad. My bladder is problematic. Cannot hold in pee. Could the bladder be causing back ache? Have my bladder sagged after having 2 children - had epidurals with both
