baby turning upside down at week 24 and not changing up

Hello there, I am very worried or should I say concern as my baby turned upside down since week 24 and has never turned back does this mean I might go into labor sooner than the sonar prediction. Secondly every time when I go to my Gynea its a week more how does it work, does this mean I got pregnant first then my menstruation?

Early labour is not related to this, but you may need a caesarean if the baby has not turned by 36 weeks. The earliest due date that you were given is the most accurate.

Best wishes
