Thanks, could you indicate what you have for breakfast? Lunch &  dinner I can cope, have most of the time portion meat with veggies &  salad. Don''t really loose any weight though!! I''m so depressed about my weight!

lol I actually dont like pronutro but you can add a little to some milk and make a shake of it. I only eat the choc roflmao. Dont eat it every day. Some days I have bacon and eggs and other days i have fruit. Variety is the key

Thanks, what happens if you get bored with pronutro? I get bored very quikly with food.
I also eat a protein with vegs or salad for lunch &  dinner, I''m also skipping starch, however I don''t exercise, so I think I should start hey!!

for breakfast I eat wheatfree pronutro
lunch is a cooked lunch (normally chicken or fish with veg or salad)
supper is about the same

I dont eat alot of red meat, and my snack is either fruit or nuts with dried fruit cut into it.

Its a process and its flippen hard. However, you will eventually get there. Losing weight isnt just about changing your diet. Its a whole mindset thing. I very rarely eat fried food, I dont do alot of starch. In fact I eat very little processed foods as most of them have wheat in it. Yes polony is a big culprit.

Just changing your diet isnt going to work. You have to exercise as well especially if you work in an office.

So instead of taking the lift, you walk the 2 flights of stairs. Its a start and it will help speed up your metabolism.

The trick I think is having alot of small meals. So instead of breakfast lunch and supper you are eating every 2 hours. Keep snacks (fruit, yogurt, nuts, dried fruit, veggies) on hand for snacks. I eat whole day because I dont eat much starch, I find I am hungry all the time.

I will however stress that if you seriously want to lose weight, you have to do some kind of exercise. Do something fun like belly dancing or salsa classes. Its much more fun that gym and belly dancing is perfect for getting rid of that tummy.

So I no longer believe in diets. I believe that a lifestyle change is what is needed to not only feel healthy but to reach your goal weight. So along with that statement I will however admit that I do not exercise. I think running after my busy 6yr old is ample. lol
