Hi there

There are a number of initiating factors that will precipitate an asthma attack. These include stress, exercise and certain foods.

The list of foods can be varied so it's difficult to be precise, however the most common include wheat, dairy, additives and preservatives (i.e. all processed foods, wine etc.) and peanuts.

Occasionally environmental allergins such as grasses and pollens can also be a problem.

Hope this helps.

Kevin
