Arthritis

Swollen joint on fingers
and pins and needles in my hands

You may well have arthritis in your hands and the person to see would be a rheumatologist who would do an X-ray and some blood tests to evaluate the type of arthritis. In the meantime you could take anti-inflammatory medication
