Dear Kayla
Pineapple and mandarin oranges are healthy fruit. Because your are using tinned fruit, it may be a good idea to rinse the fruit under the tap to removed the sugar syrup more efficiently. Place the fruit in a fine sieve and rinse gently under the tap. The fruit should still maintain most of its nutritive value despite being canned. Also consider using fresh fruit for variety.
