Dear Appetite Mineral
I must admit that I have not heard that taking zinc supplements improves the appetite. Zinc does boost immunity. The B vitamins or vit B complex can boost the appetite. Food sources of B complex vitamins are most unprocessed foods like unsifted grains and cereals, fortified grains and cereals, wheat germ, meat, liver, fish, dairy products, and brewer's yeast.
