Kan daar iets anders fout wees met my?, my dr het wel my gestuur vir i ekg, behalwe dat ek i " Floppy Valve"  het is my hart ok.

hello. i get them too. but what' s helped me is being on xanor tablets and seeing a psychologist once a week. the meds will only help you relax slightly, but the psychologist or even psychiatrist will help you get to the root or cause of the problem. anxiety attacks is not a heart thing, it is a mind/chemical thing. my suggestion is speak to your doctor about referring you to a good psychiatrist or psychologist and get down to the root of the problem while taking the medication. all the best and there is nothing wrong with you. its just your body' s way of saying " I need a little help here" .
