ANXIETY AND BI POLAR

Hi
Quick question, can anxiety and panic disorder mimic bi-polar in the sense that it has its good periods and bad periods lasting one or two days?

Bipolar does not usually swing between significantly good and bad moods within 1 or 2 days - the swings take longer and usually last much longer. Similarly, anxiety disorder and panic disorder are LASTING conditions, and cause problems precisely because they are lasting, and don't flit around between symptoms within a day or 2. Its more likely to be the milder symptoms ( which might overlap with any of these conditions ) that occur within a mildly problem personality, that would cause such rapid shifts.
